Peer Review Process

Overview

TIFADUCATION follows a rigorous and transparent peer-review process to ensure the quality, integrity, and credibility of published articles. The journal uses a blind peer-review system, where reviewers remain anonymous to authors, while authors’ identities are disclosed to reviewers. This ensures fair and objective evaluation. Submissions are assessed for originality, relevance, methodology, and contribution to the field before a final publication decision.

Submission and Initial Evaluation

  • Every manuscript undergoes an initial assessment by the editorial team.

  • Manuscripts are checked for relevance to the journal’s scope, adherence to guidelines, and overall quality.

  • Accepted manuscripts are assigned a unique ID and moved to the review stage.

Peer Review

  • TIFADUCATION operates a single-blind review, meaning reviewers’ names are concealed from authors.

  • Authors must submit honest work without fabrication, falsification, plagiarism, or data manipulation.

  • Each manuscript is evaluated by at least two anonymous reviewers, who may be editorial board members or experts in the field.

  • Reviewers assess contribution, originality, relevance, presentation, and adherence to ethical standards.

  • Authors will receive review outcomes within 8 weeks, and the Editor’s decision is final.

Review Criteria

Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on:

  1. Scientific Quality: Soundness and methodological robustness

  2. Originality: Contribution of new knowledge to the field

  3. Relevance: Alignment with journal’s scope and objectives

  4. Clarity of Presentation: Organization, clarity, and comprehensibility

  5. Ethical Standards: Compliance with ethical guidelines in research, authorship, and publication

Constructive feedback is encouraged to improve quality, clarity, and contribution.

Review Duration

  • The peer-review process aims to be completed within 8 weeks.

  • Authors will be notified of any timeline changes.

Decision and Revision

Based on reviewers’ feedback, possible editorial decisions include:

  • Acceptance: Manuscript accepted as is

  • Minor Revisions: Small changes required before acceptance

  • Major Revisions: Substantial changes required before acceptance

  • Rejection: Manuscript does not meet standards or relevance

Authors must address reviewer comments thoroughly within the given timeframe.

Editorial Decision

The Editor-in-Chief, in consultation with the editorial board, makes the final publication decision based on reviewers’ assessments and ethical guidelines.

Confidentiality

  • All manuscripts and contents are confidential.

  • Reviewers must not share or discuss manuscripts outside the peer-review process.

Continuous Improvement
