Authors must follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth submission process and maintain academic integrity.
Manuscript Categorization
Authors must select the category that best reflects their manuscript:
Research Article: Original investigations or experiments, including action research, empirical studies, scientific experiments, or laboratory research, contributing new knowledge.
Literature Review: Comprehensive summary and synthesis of existing research on a specific topic, typically citing 50–100 primary sources.
Technical Paper: Evaluation or description of technical products, processes, or services, including technological developments and applications.
Conceptual Paper: Theoretical or philosophical explorations, hypothesis development, comparative studies, or theoretical frameworks without empirical research.
Case Study: Descriptions of interventions, experiences, or practical examples in organizations or settings; may include subjective observations.

Language:
Manuscripts should be written in English. Indonesian submissions are accepted but must be translated into English upon acceptance.
Originality:
Manuscripts must be original, not previously published, and not under consideration elsewhere.

Font: Cambria, size 10, line spacing 1.0
Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides
Paper size: A4 (8.27 × 11.69 inches)
Header and footer: 0.5 inch each

Title Page:
Title (max 20 words)
Full names of all authors with affiliations (Department/Program, University, City, Country)
Corresponding author’s name and email
Abstract (200–250 words)
3–5 keywords (alphabetical order)
Main Text:
Introduction: State the research problem, identify literature gap, novelty, objectives, and significance.
Methodology: Detail research design, participants, data collection, and analysis methods.
Results: Present findings clearly; use tables/figures where necessary.
Discussion: Interpret results, compare with previous studies, and highlight field relevance.
Conclusion: Summarize key findings, implications, and future research directions.

Follow APA 7th Edition style
All in-text citations must appear in the reference list and vice versa
Ensure references are accurate and properly formatted
Tables and Figures:
Number consecutively and include descriptive titles
Refer to each table/figure in the text
Place appropriately in text or at the end; ensure clarity
